TAXES
All boats over 7.50 meters are subject to a unique registration tax. Its cost is 2,478.00 euros for a new boat and is then decreased by 10% per year of age until 10 years. The tax for a 10 years old boat and more is 61.50 euros. This is a unique one time tax due at each owner change. This tax is paid directly to the Belgian Ministry of Finance.
FLAG CERTIFICATE RENEWAL
The Flag certificate is issued with a validity period of 5 years. It must be renewed every 5 years. With our services, the cost to renew is 120.00 euros. For Flag certificates obtained without our services, expect a renewal cost of 200.00 euros.
